100% Remote role. Our client is seeking a Data Privacy Program Manager to join the team working on a global program to reduce their risk-related sensitive data management.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate : $75 - $85 / hr. w2
Responsibilities :
Lead the global program to reduce risk related to sensitive data management
Oversee the implementation of Varonis for data identification, tagging, and inventorying
Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation
Develop and manage IT security controls for data protection at rest and in transit
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and teams
Experience Requirements :
Experience with data protection tools, specifically Varonis would be preferred
Strong understanding of IT security controls
Familiarity with global data protection regulations
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and manage alignment with diverse teams
Proactive and polished approach to program management
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in data protection or program management (e.g., PMP, CIPP) are a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
