One of our clients in the Charlotte area are looking to add a dedicated Manuel Quality Assurance Analyst to their team. The Manuel Quality Assurance Analyst will be a team player and have a passion for developing test scenarios and test scripts. The Manuel Quality Assurance analyst will also collaborate with a team of talented professionals to identify, log, and review defects.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $44 - $48 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
The Manuel Quality Assurance Analyst will have extensive knowledge with basic testing tools like JavaScript and scripting tools. The Manuel Quality Assurance Analyst will also have good problem-solving skills and ensure all testing results are easily accessible. As the Manuel Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working together to ensure the highest standards in software quality.
Experience Requirements:
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

- 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Basic understanding of scripting tools or JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
