We are seeking a highly effective and strategic Organizational Change Manager to lead and drive transformational change across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize employee adoption. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable change initiatives.

Rate: $65 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to drive organizational alignment and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Design and execute communication plans that effectively engage employees, foster transparency, and address concerns.
- Lead training and coaching programs to equip employees and leaders with the necessary skills to adapt to change.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Utilize change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model) to ensure structured and sustainable transformations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing guidance on change leadership and best practices.
- Foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Experience Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading change in complex, enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, process redesign, M&A, cultural change).
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with enterprise change management tools (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Agile methodologies).
- Strong analytical skills to assess change readiness and measure success.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
