About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Print Production Specialist (Graphic Designer) to join our client's team and support their ad hoc letters operations. This role involves working closely with internal intent owners and third-party suppliers to manage the creation and distribution of one-time letters related to risk events and other initiatives.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: 49/hr W-2
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with execution teams and third-party suppliers to manage the production of letters.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and the line of business to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Develop and communicate instructions to external suppliers, ensuring quality control and compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
- Manage projects focused on increasing efficiency, cost savings, and quality at the supplier level.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and supplier issues, identifying feedback and trends.
- Oversee daily operations and performance, ensuring project deliverables are met.
Day in the Life:
- Take on new intents from an intake process utilizing Jira.
- Work with intent owners to validate data and copy requirements.
- Use supplier tools to generate and finalize proofs and edits.
- Support a high volume of projects, providing increased team support.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to support project deliverables.
- Ability to quickly pivot and solve problems as they arise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google products, and internal production software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- Certification in Lean, Agile, or Business Process Management.
- Experience in process management or project management.
- At least 1 year of print production experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
