Our healthcare client has an amazing opportunity for a Product Manager.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate : $80 - $90 / hr. w2
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap for reimbursement products, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle accounts
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Define and document product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) for new product features and enhancements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, and incorporate this feedback into product development decisions.
Prioritize product features based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.
Monitor product performance (e.g., usage, customer satisfaction, key performance indicators) and identify areas for improvement.
Work with clients and external partners to collaborate on joint development of roadmap and features
Experience Requirements :
High level user requirements to design both UI and integration
5 years of experience
Domain in lifestyle accounts area (reimbursement accounts)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
