Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver business process projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Casino / Gaming Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This role requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible professional, with a proven track record of managing medium to large projects from concept to implementation.

Rate : $60 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-departmental projects, identifying and documenting project requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules, gather requirements, track tasks, and manage budgets.
- Apply best practices throughout project phases : initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
- Develop and manage project execution plans, including financials, progress tracking, testing, and delivery.
- Mitigate risks and manage project issues to avoid impacts on project baselines.
- Provide clear and comprehensive status reports for project communication.
- Interface and collaborate with business and IT teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior project managers and provide performance feedback to project teams.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage internal and external resources.
