Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical skills and domain expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions in a client-focused environment that offers endless growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain web component libraries and support teams integrating and executing the full software life-cycle from architecture to maintenance.
- We want to hire someone with the right aptitude for learning, developing, and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while partnering and communicating well with others on development / technical design / exploring and implementing new technologies
- We make prototypes, spearhead MVP solutions, and we innovate systems and tools for continuous improvement while focusing always to build simple, universally understood software.
Must-Have Skills
- TypeScript/JS, HTML, CSS, Angular/React, and Web components (Lit tools), Lit is NOT required, but would make you a VERY competitive candidate if you have experience working with Lit.
Skills/Qualifications needed:
- 8 years of experience in engineering enterprise-scale, web-enabled applications.
- Mastery in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and quality code delivery.
- Understanding of well-architected frameworks focusing on Operational Excellence, Security, and Performance Efficiency.
- Passion for learning and implementing new technologies.
- BS degree in Computer Science and 8 years of software/application/web/UI experience .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, and test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook.

Bachelors Degree required
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
