What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Product Designer position at Eliassen Group?
**Hybrid | Charlotte, NC**
Our client is looking for a Product Designer to help architect and design high-quality and engaging experiences for customers and associates. You will be responsible for building user flows, wireframes, and design comps and prototypes to ensure products deliver top experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Figma and Supply Chain experience.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Duration: 6 -month Contract
Rate: $50- $55 hourly W2
Location: Charlotte, NC, 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Architecting and designing high-quality and engaging experiences for customers and associates
- Applying industry best practices to create user flows, wireframes, design compositions, and low-fidelity prototypes, ensuring our products provide an optimal user experience
Experience Requirements:
- Expertise with Figma
- Usability Testing experience
- Agile experience
- Experience with Jira
- Supply Chain & Retail background
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
