Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory control and order necessary supplies to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
- Bartending experience is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
