Job Title: Trainee PLC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Trainee PLC Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, collaborating closely with our Indian office. Flexibility for occasional late-night meetings and effective task scheduling to align with different time zones are key requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC systems.
- Read and understand documentation related to PLC panels, control systems, wiring drawings, etc.
- Participate in testing of the control panels, PLC systems, etc.
- Conduct FAT with client.
- Coordinate with the Indian office for project updates, technical discussions, and team meetings.
- Adapt work schedules to accommodate late-night meetings as needed.
- Document system processes, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-night meetings.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic electrical wiring diagram understanding.
- Exposure to industrial automation systems.
