You will oversee the day-to-day IT operations, provide leadership to the IT team, and ensure seamless technology integration across our organization.
What You’ll Do
✔ IT Infrastructure Management – Oversee network systems, servers, hardware, and cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance.
✔ Cybersecurity & Compliance – Implement security measures, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
✔ Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide high-level IT support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
✔ Vendor & Budget Management – Work with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage IT budgets effectively.
✔ Strategic IT Planning – Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: 5 years in IT systems and network infrastructure and 1 in a leadership or lead position
✅ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues swiftly and effectively.
✅ Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams and communicate IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
