Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, fax, and in person to answer inquiries, provide quotes, and recommend tailored solutions that best meet their needs.
· Exceptional Service Delivery: Consistently provide professional, courteous, and positive customer service that reflects the company’s values.
· Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support sales efforts and streamline internal processes for greater efficiency.
· Team Participation: Actively contribute in team meetings and support ongoing improvement initiatives across departments.
· Versatility & Support: Assist with additional duties and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking for in You:
· Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales support, customer service, or manufacturing environments.
· Education: High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in a similar role.
· Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident verbal and written communication abilities to support both team collaboration and customer interactions.
· Highly Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
· Customer-Focused Attitude: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to putting customers first.
· Math Proficiency: Solid understanding of fractions, decimals, percentages, and basic geometry to support accurate work.
· Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, templates, and specifications with attention to detail.
· Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working under pressure in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
· Detail-Oriented: Precision-focused with a strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Physical Demands:
Mobility & Movement: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, and use hands regularly throughout the workday.
Occasional Physical Activity: May be occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as part of daily tasks.
Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.
