About the Anesthesia Scheduler Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient operations within our anesthesia groups. This position requires a strong understanding of scheduling best practices, handling patient information, communicating with offices and patients, and helping different medical/dental offices with patient bookings.

Duties
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments for various office-based procedures.
- Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Ensure patient paperwork is filled out properly and in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding patient information, as necessary.
- Utilize Skedulo, JotForm and AirCall to maintain appointment standard operating procedures.
- Manage scheduling changes, including communicating with the appropriate parties.
- Operate phone systems to communicate effectively with patients, dentists and office staff, and anesthesia providers.
Skills
- Proficiency in hierarchical scheduling and understanding of health information management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a dental clinic setting is advantageous but not required.
