We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable & Receivable :
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
Input, update, and maintain financial records in accounting systems.
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
Support the accounting department with filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a temp to hire role with pay starting at $13 per hour.
