Elite Business Resources is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility client. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of equipment, machinery, and systems, leading a team of technicians, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operations and proper equipment maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and manage a preventive maintenance (PM) program to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of machinery.
• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance activities, balancing production needs with the need for equipment upkeep.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies during maintenance procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and strategies to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage the budget for maintenance activities, including labor costs, materials, and spare parts procurement.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance support.
