Job Summary:
To provide counseling and therapeutic services for consumers and families to enable them to meet their goals and to increase their quality of life related to their emotional, educational, medical, social and physical needs. This is a Tele/Remote Therapy. You will be get paid by number of the consults that you do. Schedule is yet to be declare.
Minimum Qualifications:

Therapist I: Master’s level clinician under clinical supervision actively working towards licensure for LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Therapist II: Associate Licensed Clinician (LMSW, APC, AMFT) under clinical supervision actively working towards licensure for LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Therapist III: Fully Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities
Assess, evaluate, and make recommendations for quality service delivery
Utilizing evidence supported treatment, conduct individual and family therapy session
Provide behavior management, education enhancement, social and coping skills building and/or resource development to assist families with increasing stability and crisis prevention
Conduct visits in the home, office, community, and school when deem appropriate
Facilitate groups as required
Respond to agency and consumer phone calls/voice mails and emails within 24 hours
Respond to crisis call/pages within thirty minutes
Serve as the liaison between clinical services and medical services
Identify, locate and provide community linkages as specified by consumer(s) needs Provide a team approach in coordinating services
Provide & coordinate transportation for consumer(s) as needed in a timely manner
Provide updated information related to school, probation, medical, life skill goals, and objectives for ongoing case management to in-house and referral agencies
Monitor treatment plan and ensure that it is implemented with consumer(s)
Administrative Duties
Complete progress & non-billable notes for all sessions
Contact/submit weekly/monthly progress reports as required by referring agency
Submit timely reauthorization and discharge paperwork for all consumers on case load.
Attend mandatory Team Meetings, Administrative Meetings, CORE weekend and weekday Clinics, and complete ALL required Training
Therapist I and II must attend clinical supervision with Clinical Director
Therapist I must apply for and obtain at least associate licensure within 1year of hire date
Attend court hearings, case/panel reviews, school meeting as necessary
Other relevant duties as required by C&T Program standards for effective case management of all services for active and closed cases
Follow agency policies and procedures as required
Provide clinical leadership/guidance to paraprofessionals
Other administrative duties as deemed necessary
