Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Conduct carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in homes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for travel to and between job sites.
