Cleaning Team Member
Penny's Cleaning is a Christian owned and operated local cleaning service. We try to foster a Christian-like environment among our cleaning teams. An upbeat, disposition, cheerful attitude, and clean professional appearance are essential for giving our clients confidence in our ability and trust in our integrity.

Penny's Cleaning currently has a part-time or full-time residential CLEANING POSITION AVAILABLE! Scheduled days will vary, but we work Monday through Friday each week starting at 8:20am, and generally finish by 5:00-5:30pm.

-Company cars! (No need to drive your own vehicle)

-Day Shifts! (No nights or weekends)

-Cleaning supplies provided (You don’t have to buy your own)

-Paid drive time (Full pay even while on the road between jobs)

-Team cleaning (You will always have another team member with you in every house)

-Weekly pay! (Direct deposit every Friday)

-Paid Time Off

The work is very physically demanding. You MUST be capable of performing the job tasks which are very physically active.

Qualifications include:

-clean, professional appearance

-clean background (some minor issues may be acceptable) case.net will be checked

-no allergies that would prevent you from doing the job (dust, cleaning supplies, smoke, pets, etc.)

-dependable transportation to and from the office. No need to drive your own car while on the job.

-open availability from 8:20am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. No night and weekend work! Part-time workers must be available to work at least 2 full length shifts each week.

Residential cleaning will require you to be able to clean on hands and knees frequently. You will have to be able to reach back into tight spaces (between toilet and vanity, inside ovens and cabinets, etc.). You will also be required to climb stairs several times per day. You must also load and carry cleaning supplies into houses several times per day.

Starting pay is $15.85 per hour ($13.85 base rate plus $2.00/hour attendance bonus) PLUS TIPS (average is approx. $1.00 per hour in tips).

Job Site Managers earn an additional 30 cents per hour.

Full-time positions offer 5 paid Holidays per year.

Paid time off accumulates at approximately 3 days per year for full time workers.

Prior experience not necessary, but preferred.
