What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Elite Cleaning?
As a professional cleaner, you will travel to customer's homes and offices to perform routine residential and office cleaning tasks. This is a great part/full time job with above average earnings.
Qualities we are looking for:
DEPENDABLE. When we promise to be at customer's homes, we don’t mess around. You’ll need a dependable car and a valid drivers license to get to our customer's homes. Being on time every time is a hallmark of trust and respect.
DETAIL ORIENTED. We expect our professional cleaners to notice every detail to ensure customer satisfaction. If you can’t see cobwebs and dust you’re probably not looking close enough!
- HONEST We require each candidate to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug screens, and display a high level of honesty and integrity at all times.
- ENERGETIC This is a fast-paced, physically and mentally challenging job! You’ll be doing a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- COMMUNICATE effectively. When you speak or write it should always be professional, clear and concise.
Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
