Elite Crete Systems Midwest, Inc, DBA Elite Coating Midwest, Inc is looking to hire a Social Media Assistant to work full time at their location in Oak Forest, IL.

The position will be responsible for managing the company's online advertisements on social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok and keeping our company websites up to date..

This position is also responsible for misc. marketing tasks, initiating contact with potential customers while having basic knowledge of the company’s products and services by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Creates social media postings for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tiktok..
• keeping our company websites up to date..
• Manages all aspects of social media for the company which includes, responding to comment and messages.
• Measures and assesses customer and contractor satisfaction.
• Measures the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Manages sales leads by reaching out to potential customer to discuss training classes and products.
• Assists office manager in full-cycle sales process, including: taking product orders by phone, email, and in-person; receiving purchase orders and managing inventory; taking payment.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, CRM software or platform, and social media platforms.
