Your Impact as an ADON:
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing all nursing services
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with federal and state regulations

What You Bring:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of one year of nursing supervision experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Experience in staff management, compliance, and quality improvement
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, residents, and families
- Current CPR certification
