Production Supervisor

Elite Connector is looking for a Production Supervisor for his client in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring efficiency, and optimizing departmental performance. You will coordinate and supervise the production team while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Your role also includes participating in investment projects and implementing processes to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise the production area to meet expectations and requirements.

· Manage bottlenecks and prioritize tasks to optimize workflow.

· Develop action plans aligned with the production schedule and delivery timelines.

· Monitor efficiencies and reject rates, addressing non-performance issues.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and factory regulations regarding cleanliness, productivity, absenteeism, and health & safety.

· Support the onboarding and integration of new employees in the department.

· Assess training needs and oversee workforce training programs.

· Evaluate employee classification changes and performance metrics.

· Validate employee work hours and ensure accurate time tracking.

· Oversee the status of ongoing jobs and provide necessary adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, Outlook).

· Ability to motivate and engage employees.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
