What You’ll Do
- Overall Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute the overall Sales and Marketing Plan for the academy, ensuring all initiatives align with our enrollment and revenue goals.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns tailored to our dance studio environment.
- Focus on generating qualified leads through channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing within a budget.
- Identify, test, and refine the best channels to reach prospective students and their families.
- Creative Direction & Internal/External Design:
- Create compelling marketing materials for both internal promotions and external campaigns using Canva.
- Direct or collaborate with external designers as needed to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand image.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, internal flyers and displays and our website that aligns with our mission.
- Campaign & Promotion Management:
- Manage year-long promotions for various initiatives while overseeing four major promotional pushes:
- Summer Enrollment: Targeted strategies to boost enrollment for summer programs.
- Fall Enrollment: Focused campaigns from July through September to drive fall sign-ups.
- New Year Enrollment: Key promotions in January to kick-start the enrollment year.
- Additional Major Promotion: One more big annual campaign.
- Coordinate special promotions and initiatives designed to drive enrollment and revenue growth across the year.
- Oversee internal marketing promotions to ensure all studio communications support our overall business goals.
- Manage year-long promotions for various initiatives while overseeing four major promotional pushes:
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor key performance metrics, including:
- 15% Increase in Total Tuition Revenue
- Recreational Enrollment Growth of New Students
- 20% Increase in Qualified Leads
- 90% Process Completion on Campaign Initiatives
- 80% or greater Achievement on Special Promotion Goals
- Analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies in real time to optimize results.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including:
- Collaboration & Accountability:
- Work closely with internal staff and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing efforts.
- Maintain clear, measurable performance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Proven background in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion—experience in the performing arts, education, or service industries is a plus.
- Technical & Creative Skills:
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, lead management and email marketing systems, etc.).
- Skilled in using Canva to create and direct high-quality marketing materials.
- Analytical & Creative:
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and pivot strategies.
- A strong creative vision that brings energy and excitement to marketing campaigns.
- Communication & Independence:
- Excellent and timely written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, performance-based environment (approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility during peak periods).
- Passion & Mission Alignment:
- A genuine passion for marketing and design, with an enthusiasm for making a positive impact on children and families.

Compensation Structure
- Base Pay:
- Competitive hourly rate of $25–$35 per hour (based on experience) for approximately 20 hours per week.
- Performance Bonuses/Commission:
- Additional incentives tied to achieving key performance metrics, including:
- Enrollment growth bonuses (e.g., bonus tiers for reaching or exceeding 100 new recreational enrollments annually).
- Revenue growth bonuses (e.g., incentives for achieving a 15% increase in total tuition revenue).
- Bonuses for surpassing a 20% increase in qualified leads.
- Additional incentives tied to achieving key performance metrics, including:
- Quarterly Reviews:
- Regular performance evaluations to adjust compensation and ensure alignment with overall business growth objectives.
