Elite Dental Care is looking for an office manager to assist in the day-to day operations, training, and oversignt of 2 of our locations in the Memphis, TN area. This position may travel, as needed, between offices in Germantown and Eads TN, as well as be required to attend other, daytime, in-person meetings at other locations as needed.

- Have an exceptional work history in the dental field with progressive job roles.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a dental practice, wtih multiple office management highly preferred.

- Act as a liaison and provides support to dentists and office staff in coordination with management team guidance.
- Assure maximized collection on daily basis.
- Monitor AR on a weekly basis.
- Keep credit balances at minimum.
- Manage workflow to assure smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Effectively communicate policies and procedures and obtains compliance.
- Oversee inventory control management of supplies ' dental and front office.
- Have the ability to evaluate team members and perform employee reviews with input from the dentist(s), team leaders and/or management team.
- Understand disciplinary/discharge policy.
- Assure appropriate documentation of any patient complaint or incident and works to resolve issues following management policies.
- Handle all staff issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
- Develop team meeting agenda and runs meeting on a monthly basis.
- Provide training for front desk staff as appropriate.
- Complete required reports in timely manner; understand content and has ability to address issues.
- Motivate, communicate, and provide a positive environment in which all employees find job satisfaction.
- Assure productive, full schedules for providers.
- Oversee appropriate entry and scheduling of treatment plans.
- Audit and reports recall/reactivation efforts.
- Monitor unscheduled treatment and assures attempts at scheduling patient.
- Assure accurate daily deposit; make bank deposit.
- Conduct treatment planning/financial presentations with patients and tracks case acceptance.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations required for the dental profession (e.g. HIPPA, OSHA, etc.).
- Perform all duties as requested by dentist and/or corporate management.
- Graduatied from a senior high school or equivalent.
- Some post-high school coursework certification or training in accounting, medical billing, finance, or general business.
- A minimum of five (5) years of dental office experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a dental office.
- A minimum two (2) years of experience in a dental front office.
- A basic knowledge of human resources.
- Some experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
