What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director Of Hygiene (Hybrid) position at Elite Dental Partners?
JOB SUMMARY
This role focuses on creating and maintaining programs and working with hygienists, dentists and office teams to give clinicians tools and education to optimize oral hygiene care delivered to patients. The Director / Manager of Hygiene will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the following :
- Periodontal diagnosis and treatment standards of care
- Soft tissue management clinical culture
- Hygienist advocacy and communication
- Training and continuing education opportunities for clinical teams
- Adjunctive periodontal treatments
- Retail product strategy
This position requires regular travel around the Indiana / Missouri area to provide face-to-face education and training to clinicians and their teams. Additional training, mentoring, and coaching may be needed using virtual solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. This position will be work-from-home when not traveling. The candidate must have a sound understanding of pertinent clinical metrics, and be able to identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent coaching and development skills are required. Experience in project management, program creation and post-implementation evaluation are required.

SALARY RANGE : 110,000.00- 120,000.00
