FFS/PPO Fee for Service/ PPO Patient Base
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist/Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to exceptional patient service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility and collaborate with a team of dental professionals dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
- Conduct dental exams, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Administer anesthetics and perform oral surgeries, including extractions, implants, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene, as well as preventative care and treatment options
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
- Current Ohio state dental license and certification in CPR and basic life support
- Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
