Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at Elite Digital Technologies based in the USA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, conducting consulting sessions, and implementing sales & marketing strategies. While the role is primarily located in the USA, there is flexibility for overseas clients as well with remote work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation :
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, and digital channels.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility.
  • Reporting & Feedback :
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and achieve better results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of digital technologies and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2 years in sales or marketing roles, preferably in IT or tech-related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
