Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and build strong client relationships.
- Work in markets across industries like IT, Cyber, Data, Martech, and HR Tech.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and drive company growth.
Ideal Experience
- HUNTING - this is a 100% hunter role
- Sales experience in events, conferences, advertising, media, or publishing.
- 2-3 years in new business development (not account management or farming).
- Experience selling to corporate decision-makers (B2B, Director level ).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- 500 LinkedIn connections, demonstrating a strong professional network.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
- Experience managing short sales cycles and full 360Β° sales processes.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
