We currently have access to a spacious venue located in Macomb County. Elite Establishments Group is in search of a committed team of individuals who are ready to collaborate and create a thriving business team but who also love engaging in children’s activities.

In our program, children engage in a dynamic blend of activities within a thoughtfully designed indoor playground and participate in developmental group sessions. This playground offers a secure space for children aged 2 to 5 years to explore freely, promoting autonomy in their play experiences. With your guidance as their leader and the support of their parents, children have the chance to interact with musical instruments, which enhances their grasp of rhythm and movement. The integration of music with physical activities not only fosters learning but also encourages curiosity and exploration. Interactive musical experiences play a crucial role in developing listening skills, spatial awareness, and teamwork among peers. This class is structured to provide the essential time, freedom, and encouragement that toddlers and young children need to cultivate their self-esteem. During organized music sessions, children are invited to sing, play rhythm instruments, and express themselves through movement, all of which significantly enhance their language, cognitive, social, and motivational skills. The welcoming environment created by these musical activities fosters a sense of community among participants. As children navigate the indoor playground, they not only enjoy themselves but also develop vital social skills through play, sharing, and the formation of new friendships. By utilizing rhythm instruments such as wrist bells, rhythm sticks, tambourines, and drums, along with engaging songs, we ensure that children remain actively engaged in their learning journey. The indoor playground further encourages imaginative play, allowing children to enhance their social skills while thriving in a vibrant and stimulating environment.

This New Adventure is Looking for Experienced Partnering Team Members in the Following Roles:

4 Play and Make Music Class Director(s) - Your lease rate $1,000 a month 10% payables /15% profit

Marketing Director - (Part time) Your lease rate $500 a month 10% payables / 10% profit – in person

Janitorial Services Director - Your lease rate $500 a month 10% payables /10% profit (Disinfect Play Equipment and Instruments Daily)

Lease Term- 1year

Team Responsibilities Before Opening-

(Done as partnering team regardless of if full or part time)

Equipment and material provided

Clean up

Painting

Organizing

Minor Repairs

Creating Lesson Plans

Purchasing and Build Out of Instruments and Play Equipment

Base Requirements- (Plus, Job Experience– Visit Job Description & Requirements)

Must be a US Citizen

5 Years experience in field

Available to start immediately

Valid Driver’s License

Willing to undergo Background check, Credit check, and Drug test

Monthly Dues-

$1,000.00 per month 10% Payables (utilities, inventory, etc.)

(Each partnering team member will carry same financial responsibility)

Deposit- First month’s rent $1,000.00 1.5 Security $2,500.00 Collateral

Part time position lease rate is as follows:

Deposit- First month’s rent $500.00 1.5 Security $1,500.00

Start Up Requirements-

Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

Approved Application & Processing

Deposit- First month’s rent $1,000.00 1.5 Security $2,500.00 Collateral

Subject to change if part time position lease rate is as follows:

Deposit- First month’s rent $500.00 1.5 Security $1,500.00 Collateral

Application Fee- $75

The application fee will be required following the completion of the second round of structured interviews, at which point 3 candidates will be chosen to advance in the selection process. This fee covers administrative paperwork, background check, credit check, and drug test. We only ask this to be paid by the 3 candidates remaining after the initial interview(s). No fees are required to apply.

Children’s Play and Make Music Director-

Description:

· The organization is in search of a highly qualified individual to assume the role of Play and Music Director, specifically focused on children's programming and activities.

· The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in directing musical performances and engaging children in creative play, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment. (Ages of Toddlers -5 years old)

· Responsibilities will include designing and implementing innovative music and play curricula that cater to the developmental needs of children, fostering both their artistic and social skills.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

· Applicants must demonstrate a strong background in child development

· Proficiency in various musical genres and teaching methodologies that resonate with young audiences.

· Position requires excellent communication skills

· A passion for working with children, and the ability to collaborate effectively with parents to enhance the overall experience.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, and drug test
• Must attend all staff meetings
