Responsibilities

· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse

· Coordinates with the General Manager and Operations Manager to prepare a strategic plan for the store and ensure smooth operation of business.

· Appoints, directs, motivates warehouse associates to meet or exceed stated goals

· Communicates store performance to General Manager and provides management reports as necessary

· Maintain product preparedness, product quality, and inventory control of warehouse and vehicles

· Communicate with General Manager and Operations Manager on in inventory for delivery and pickup

· Ensure that vehicles are maintained in a safe condition for operation by working with the driver and collecting completed safety inspections/safety checklists on vehicles

· Review annual inventory reports and coordinate with Inventory Specialist on rental product condition for repair or replacement

· Assists General Manager and Operations Manager with assigning and scheduling operational duties, tasks, and responsibilities

· Assists General Manager and Operations Manager with delivery route development and maintains contact with drivers throughout the day

· Assists General Manager and Operations Manager in resolution of operating problems

· Assists with hiring, training, and developing staff

· Assists General Manager and Operations Manager in mediating employee disputes

· Review employee job performance evaluations

· Develop and monitor the employee onboarding/training program

· Adheres to and enforces all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in written or verbal form

· Responsible for safety audits, safety training, compliance with State and Federal OSHA regulations

· Supports and enforces government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store

· Conducts department, store, and safety meetings when necessary

· Supervise maintenance of the facility and grounds, responsible for the store’s maintenance

· Works with the team on maintaining and cleaning vinyl products to ensure quality for customer use

· Assists with transporting vehicles or employees to and from job sites as needed

· Helps on job sites when necessary to support operational needs

· Other duties as requested

Experience

· A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

· Ability to move/lift/carry 75 lbs.

· 3 years of warehouse, delivery, or routing management experience.

· 1 year of operations management or related management experience.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey instructions, provide feedback, and collaborate with team members.

· Skills in delegating, follow up, goal setting, planning, leadership building, multi-tasking, and teamwork.

· Must be able to train and direct activities of subordinates.

· Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and offer constructive criticism when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
