What are the responsibilities and job description for the Final Finish position at Elite Executive Partners?
Elite Executive Partners is searching for candidates to work in Final Finish. Do you have attention to detail?
Duties will include but are not limited to completing daily production as assigned. They must be able to read a tape measure, follow written and verbal directions, be able to work in a team setting, run basic power tools, work outdoors when required, and produce a quality product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Follow instruction from Final Finish 3 and Supervisor
- Insulate walls with fiberglass insulation.
- Tar and screen decks
- Learn to operate company tools including but not limited to framing nail guns, lag guns and caulking guns.
- Wipe down walls.
- Set nails.
- Spackle walls.
- Basic cleaning.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
A Final Finish 1 employee is expected to work with minimal supervision and a customer centered focus and initiative to proactively address issues which may affect Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity to prevent personal injury, property damage, increased cost, or loss of revenue.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to):
- Regularly able to work a 12-hour shift standing/walking.
- Regularly able to climb ladders repetitively.
- Regularly able to bend, crouch, twist, pull.
- Regularly able to lift/carry 80 lbs.

- Construction painting: 1 year (Preferred)
