Director of Builder Sales
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Builder Sales to drive business development activities targeting national and regional home builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local branch leadership to mentor and train Builder Account Managers
- Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement
- Represent the company at industry association and client events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and execute a strategic approach to selling to builder accounts
- Solid working knowledge of the builder industry
- Ability to travel
