In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients and closing deals in your territory. We will rely on you to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. This position will work remotely from home and travel throughout your territory within the United States.
Wage Range: 100000.00 - 140000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
- Grow the business from existing network and develop long-term relationships with clients
- Drive positive engagement through industry events and networking
- Identify opportunities for new business and implement expansion
- Being well versed on all company products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information.
- Maintaining accurate records for prospects and customer orders.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meeting potential clients through a well-maintained network.
- Cold calling for potential opportunities within the geographic or market area.
- Identifying the decision makers of the potential client’s organization.
- Set up and arrange meetings between decision makers on the client and company side.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in software offshore development services .
- Visiting clients onsite or virtually may be required to provide demonstrations, conduct meetings with decision-makers, etc.
- Proven track record of Sales/Business Development success in the similar companies that provide offshore software/hardware development service - Mandatory
- Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly. Highly motivated and self-starter with the ability to build and manage relationships with prospective clients.
