Human Resource Manager Needed

Job Description:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes for internal positions and assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with California labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with local, state, and federal labor laws, including worker’s compensation and OSHA requirements.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• HR Administration: Maintain personnel records, process documentation, and HR reports.
• Training: Develop and deliver training programs for staff as needed.
• Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of a staffing agency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 1 year of HR management experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of California labor laws and payroll processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

Wage Range: 68640.00 - 68640.00 per year
