Elite Formation Studio of Dance is more than just a place to dance—it’s a community, a family, and a space for young dancers to thrive. As a diverse and inclusive studio, we are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Dance Instructor to lead our Twinkle Toes classes on Saturday mornings.
We want someone who is not just here for a class but is looking to grow with us, connect with our dance families, and make a lasting impact on our little movers. Someone who also works well with our other dancers and has the ability to teach at all levels.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience teaching preschool-age children (2-4 years old) in a structured dance setting.
✅ Well-rounded in multiple dance genres, including but not required Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Acro and Jazz.
✅ Ability to substitute for other classes when needed if schedule permits.
✅ A team player who is dedicated, reliable, and excited to grow within our studio.
✅ Strong classroom management skills with a fun and nurturing approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ CPR Certification (preferred, but not required)
⭐ Previous experience teaching in a dance studio environment.
⭐ Comfortable working with parents and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging dance curriculum tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Conduct dance classes, focusing on foundational skills in ballet and movement.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, including maintaining CPR certification.
- Foster a love for dance while encouraging creativity and self-expression among young learners.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
Schedule:
- Every weekend
