Essential Duties:
- Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates and conduct interviews and assess qualifications to ensure the right fit for the organization.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure that all recruiting processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee and enhance the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to prepare for new employee arrivals.
- Conduct the new hire orientation while providing essential information.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork, benefit enrollment, and other onboarding requirements.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction during the onboarding process, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Supervise and mentor the recruiting and onboarding team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skill sets.
- Set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets recruitment and onboarding targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting and onboarding metrics, such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and new hire performance.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, ATS, and HRIS systems.
