Restaurant GM Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 6 years experience as a GM in a high-volume ($10M) upscale casual full-service restaurant
• Excellent financial acumen
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
• Experience managing a large team (100 employees)
