Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Director to lead our marketing, sales, and business development efforts at Elite Home Care, Transportation, and Adult Day Centers. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive client acquisition, manage our current team of marketers, and build strong community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, senior living communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Brand Development & Awareness: Oversee all marketing campaigns, advertising, digital marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
- Sales Management: Develop sales targets, track performance metrics, and ensure sales goals are consistently met. Closely monitor team performance and metrics.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Community Engagement: Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and public speaking engagements to promote services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the marketing and sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing and sales budgets effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, senior care, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to home care and senior services.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to travel locally for networking and business development opportunities.
