As an HR-Recruiting Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding process for prospective employees while adhering to all compliance regulations. This position is temporary and full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing applications
• Conducting pre-employment compliance checks
• Facilitating orientation sessions, filing paperwork
• Conducting annual compliance follow-ups
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines and benchmarks
• Possess an outgoing, friendly, and inviting personality to engage effectively with prospective employees and community members
• Proficient in completing basic administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Demonstrated desire to contribute to the community and assist individuals in pursuing careers in the HHA field
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the community to enhance recruitment efforts
• Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of applicants and community members
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required
• General knowledge of home care or experience in HR/compliance, including LOA, unemployment, and workers' compensation, is a plus

Pay Range:The hiring range for this position is$22- $27 per hour.Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
