I. JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager communicates and coordinates with the intake, administrative, and clinical teams. Assist to ensure smooth clinical operations of the agency. Maintain strong community relationships, and helps ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures. The Operations Manager is responsible for the employment of qualified intake personnel, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of intake personnel evaluations. Responsible for establishing standards of operation to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plans, organizes, and directs staff assignments and staff performance to achieve operational objectives.
2. Conducts hiring, performance management and development, and disciplinary actions for intake staff.
3. Maintains ongoing, positive work relationships.
4. Prepares monthly staff meetings and provides training to all intake staff concerning pertinent changes and enhancement to clinical management software (HCHB).
5. Is responsible for oversight and implementation of new hire orientation for intake staff.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and other community contacts.
7. Assist field staff with information, scheduling, and workflow.
8. Responsible for Homecare Homebase workflow appropriate to the Intake and PCC roles.
9. Work with the office team to provide other types of office support as needs dictate.
10. Provide daily clinical and operational key metrics to office team.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
1. Previous management experience of 2-5 years preferred.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred; ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
3. Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and oral communications skills, both in-person and over the phone.
4. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct administrative personnel.
5. Demonstrates strong team skills.
6. Has excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
7. Ability to be flexible and respond well to changing priorities and conditions
SALARY: $60K - $90K depending on experience.
