About This Role
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving our mission and spreading our message: retirement planning is about security, stability, and steady income - not just accumulating wealth. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, increasing client engagement, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with the firm’s values and client-first approach. You will take the lead in building and delivering strategic marketing initiatives, content, events, and digital campaigns designed to attract and retain clients seeking a more secure financial future.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Implement and manage marketing strategies that communicate the Elite Income Advisors mission of retirement security through consistent income - not just wealth accumulation.
· Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with our commitment to personalized, client-centric retirement planning.
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
· Ensure that all marketing efforts reflect our brand identity and messaging standards.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
· Develop engaging, educational content that helps clients understand the importance of income-focused retirement planning.
· Assist in the creation of leadership materials, white papers, and client-facing resources that reinforce our expertise and commitment to financial security.
· Support the production of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
Event Coordination & Client Engagement
· Oversee the planning and the coordination of in-person and virtual client events, seminars, and industry gatherings with our Event Coordinator that provide valuable insights on retirement income planning.
· Manage logistics and promotional efforts for internal and external events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
· Implement digital marketing strategies that strengthen our presence across social media, website content, paid advertising, and email marketing.
· Collaborate with the digital team to optimize website content, user experience, and online lead generation efforts.
· Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine and improve marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
· Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
· Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or retirement planning.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content strategy.
· Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
