In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic search growth through advanced SEO strategies while also managing PPC campaigns to support overall digital marketing goals. We also offer competitive compensation packages aligned with your expertise.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve site issues (crawlability, indexability, page speed, structured data, etc.).Manage on-page optimization, including keyword research, content strategy, meta tags, internal linking, and user experience improvements.Build and execute a high-quality backlink strategy to increase domain authority.Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.Utilize SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.Support PPC campaigns by managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social media strategies.Monitor competitor strategies in both SEO and PPC and adjust accordingly.Produce detailed reports for management, analyzing organic performance and ROI.Qualifications & Requirements : 5 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.2 years of PPC experience preferred (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads).Expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.Experience managing websites with high domain authority and large backlink profiles.Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and how they impact SEO.Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and experience making SEO recommendations based on insights.Excellent communication and project management skills.Work-Life Balance & Perks 401(k) with Match : Company match of up to 3.5% after one year.
