This is a STANDING/WALKING post which requires you to be on your feet while on duty. This post is INSIDE a retail store. As a retail security guard, you will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while providing superior customer service to our clients and your surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter theft
- Communicate constantly with the manager on duty regarding any suspicious activity Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk
- Monitor and respond to alarms to detect potential theft
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention procedures and protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and conflict management
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must present a bouncer like physique

- Must Possess MD Security Guard License
- Valid MD State ID
- Social Security Card
- Must have Bouncer experience
- Must carry a true Bouncer physique
- Must speak English
- 2 years of experience
- Law Enforcement experience preferred
- Must have open availability (including weekends).
