The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating laser cutting machines, ensuring precision and quality in every cut. You will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products for our customers while working with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting equipment, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders.
- Set up machines, including loading materials, selecting proper settings, and performing necessary adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laser cutting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating fiber laser cutting machines.
- Red blueprints an dset up machines for optimal performance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or technical issues with laser equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on safety in the workplace.
