Job Summary
Candidates will require a strong background in operating and maintaining laser cutting machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards our clients expect and aligns with the mission of delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to fabricate materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Perform machine setup, possible programming, loading materials, and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections of laser machines to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance needs
- Monitoring production outputs and inspecting items for defects or abnormalities
- Maintain accurate records of production, including material usage and completed projects.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality
