Job Description:
Lawn Maintenance Laborer will play a crucial role in the upkeep of our commercial properties, primarily focusing on lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and blowing. This includes but not limited to maintenance of HOA grounds, corporate buildings, gas stations and church grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and blowing
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Contributing to all assigned tasks being completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhering to safety procedures and company policies
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Attending company-wide quarterly performance meetings
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is mandatory
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
