Nurse Practitioner

• The schedule is for day shifts only on Wednesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. The clinic is closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm.
  • If you are available another 2 days during the week (Monday thru Friday), we are open to changing the days the clinic is open.
• Malpractice insurance provided includes tail coverage.
• NO Calls, NO After Hours work!
• Private concierge family practice that is not open to the general public.

• Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner License and be Board Certified.
• Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).

Elite Providers are responsible to:

• Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Work independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as needed regarding patient care.
• Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
• Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 8 to 15 patients daily).
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
