As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our sales and service departments to ensure that our customers' needs are met efficiently and with the highest quality service. Responsibilities:

  • Show strong dedication by always arriving on time and being prepared to help our valued clients.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and online form submissions to connect and answer questions from potential customers, offering assistance and scheduling appointments with our project consultant.
  • Be open to learning new tasks such as creating invoices and updating payments in our system. These tasks are straightforward to grasp, and we're more than happy to provide you with guidance.
  • Your primary tasks include managing calls and scheduling appointments. Additionally, we'll ask for your assistance in posting before and after photos of our work and updating our social media accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers, and colleagues.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in roles such as office assistant, customer service, or other relevant administrative positions.
  • Fundamental computer proficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of the crawlspace and basement waterproofing industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Choose between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation:

  • You'll earn a starting pay of $15 per hour. Plus, when you schedule appointments successfully, you'll get a bonus per appointment. This isn't a sales job; these are homeowners who call to schedule appointments with us. We just want everyone on the team to be motivated to serve our customers.

Primary Focus:

  • Handle incoming calls and messages from potential clients, addressing their inquiries and needs.
  • Respond promptly to form submissions on various platforms.
  • Schedule appointments for our design consultants to offer free estimates, effectively addressing clients' concerns.

Work Environment:

  • Our work environment is friendly, with colleagues coming and going during the day for customer visits, estimates, and completing tasks, while the Customer Care Specialist maintains the office.
