Job Title: Part-Time Nurse & Caregiver Staffer (Weekends, In-Office)
Location: In-Office (Thousand Palms, CA)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse & Caregiver Staffer to oversee weekend staffing, ensuring all client shifts are covered. This role is essential in handling last-minute scheduling needs, call-outs, and staffing updates while supporting the Lead Nurse Staffer, who manages weekday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekend Staffing & Scheduling:
- Assign nurses and caregivers to open shifts.
- Monitor and update shift calendars to reflect staffing changes.
- Communicate with caregivers and nurses to confirm availability and assignments.
- Handling Call-Outs & Last-Minute Coverage:
- Respond quickly to call-outs and find replacement staff.
- Notify clients of any necessary scheduling changes.
Administrative & Communication Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for field staff and clients on weekends.
- Keep accurate records of staffing adjustments and communications.
- Assist with other staffing-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills for quick problem resolution.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- Must be available to work in-office Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM - 6 PM).
