Job Title : Marketing and Business Development Manager – Interventional Pain and Joint Medical Practice
Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our medical practices, including Elite, Prime, and Orthobiogen. This role is pivotal in managing patient growth and experience, ensuring the highest standards of patient satisfaction across our services, and leading the New Patient Team as well as teams at Orthobiogen and Prime.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong leadership and sales skills, and the ability to foster relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to meet and exceed business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Direct the patient growth strategy for Elite, Prime, and Orthobiogen practices.
Lead initiatives focused on improving patient experience, including the administration and analysis of patient satisfaction surveys.Manage the New Patient Team , ensuring effective handling of patient inquiries and scheduling.Oversee the teams at Orthobiogen and Prime , driving performance and team cohesion to meet business goals.Phone Handling & Referral Relationships :Ensure a professional and efficient approach to all patient and referral calls, maintaining high standards of communication and service.
Build and nurture strong relationships with referral sources to generate patient leads and enhance practice visibility within the medical community.Sales & Marketing :Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our medical practice services.
Drive awareness and promote services related to Interventional Pain Management and Joint Medical Practices through a range of marketing channels.Work with outsourced Marketing firms to Build and manage the practice’s online presence , including social media, to enhance visibility and patient engagement.Collaborate with the Executive Team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.Conversions & Patient Growth :Manage patient lead flow and drive conversions, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to consultation.
Oversee strategies that enhance the conversion rate from patient leads to consultations and treatments.Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.Business Development :Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Conducted "Lunch & Learns" and represented the company at community events and industry conferences to generate referrals and promote the brand.Build and maintain a positive organizational reputation by consistently delivering exceptional patient and provider experiences.Data & Analytics :Track and report on sales performance, patient satisfaction, conversions, and business development activities.
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and analyze key performance metrics.Provide insights into market trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.Team Leadership :Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring they meet or exceed performance metrics.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages ongoing learning and improvement within the team.Work closely with internal teams, including the Executive Leadership Team , to ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives and maintain high customer satisfaction.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.Proven experience in medical sales or marketing, particularly in interventional pain, joint care, or similar healthcare fields.Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and strong proficiency in MS Office.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.Salary and Benefits :
